Anjuna is located at about 8 kilometers west of Mapusa  and is one of the most popular beaches of Goa, in India. There is a famous flea market  or the shopping hangout of the beach in the cool silvery sands, where you can get anything and everything you might need or ask for.  On the part of Food, Anjuna offers varieties of gourmet foods, from the village hotels as well as proper beach front restaurants but th best bets are the semi open, thatched palm leaf shacks. They specialize in fish delicacies and the western food. You can also get fruits from the beach like watermelon, pineapples and locally grown coconuts.
